Apps installed on Windows 10 may not run.

If you look on the Internet, there are various ways to do things like changing the owner of the C drive.

In my case, I even had to reinstall Windows by changing the owner of drive C.

When the app fails to run on Windows 10

The way that I found was to add a trusted folder in my antivirus program.

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps

If you add the folder above as a trusted folder in your antivirus program,

you will see that the app is running well.

This folder may be visible if you turn "hidden items" to be displayed.

For "V3 365 Clinic", add a trust folder in Active Defense.

Right-click the icon in the taskbar to enter it in Preferences.

The WindowsApps folder is the highest baseline folder on Windows 10 where apps are installed.

You can go into that folder but cannot specify an app individually to add it to a trusted app.

For security reasons, the inside of the folder is inaccessible.
