App not detected on Microsoft Store

Select "Country or region" as "US" in "Regional and Language" settings as shown in the figure.

Then app searches well.

The app may not be available directly from a browser that is usually displayed in pop-up.

You can search for apps by typing their name in the Microsoft Store.

The Microsoft Store is connected by clicking the shopping bag-shaped icon (to the right) on the taskbar as shown above.

After the app is installed, you can change the area back to "Korea"

and it is possible to update it.
